The 2020s radically altered the job market and human capital management. There will be no going "back", only forward. Supply chains will continue to reorganize with disasters and geopolitics in mind. Simply because of scarce talent, the most skilled knowledge work will remain remote & "hybrid" work will always have to accommodate remote participants. Onsite work increasingly involves training & correcting robots. AI will become more collaborator than tool.
